Preparing for the visit
To ensure a comfortable and safe session, please take care of a few details before my arrival. Don't worry about the daily mess – your comfort is paramount!

Space
Ensure a minimum of
1.4 m x 2.5 m
for the massage table.

Textiles
Home Standard : prepare 2 sheets or 3 bath towels.

Quiet Environment
Inform your household members
and secure your pets
in another room.

Medical records
Make sure you have no contraindications, have your previous test results ready.

Food and water
Do not eat for 1.5 hours before your massage. Prepare something to drink for yourself.

Clothing and jewelry
Wear loose clothing, tie back long hair, and remove jewelry.

Atmosphere
Silence your phone, turn off the TV, and keep your room warm.

Hygiene
Before the facial massage, remove your makeup. A warm shower is recommended while I'm setting up the table.

Medical history
Before our first session, I'll conduct a brief health assessment with you. Please review the list below and let me know if any of the points apply to you:
Age (formal requirement)
Persons under 18 years of age may only receive a massage with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Skeletal system
Report the occurrence of osteoporosis, osteopenia, and any previous fractures.
Medications taken
It is important to me if you regularly use painkillers or blood thinners.
Pregnancy
I perform massage for women with a physiological (normal) pregnancy from the 13th to the 36th week of pregnancy if your doctor sees no contraindications.
Comfortable position
Let me know if you have trouble lying on your stomach, back, or side for long periods of time.
Allergies and skin
Please inform me of any allergies to cosmetics, oils, and essential oils.
Injuries and surgeries
Mention any old or new soft tissue injuries, previous surgeries, or visible scars.
Implants and medical devices
Report to me the presence of a pacemaker, intrauterine device, or other implants.
Your preferences
Tell me what you particularly like and what you would prefer to avoid during a massage (e.g. pressure, music, scent, massage of specific areas of the body).
